The customer has the option of returning their order within a period of 15 days from the date they received the products (Right to Terminate the Contract in accordance with Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26).
In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must notify us (Leça Futebol Clube, Futebol, SAD, Rua Veloso Salgado, Estádio do Leça Futebol Clube 4450-801 Leça da Palmeira, Portugal) of your decision to terminate this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by means of a letter sent by post or e-mail.
Items purchased in the Online Shop can only be returned on presentation of proof of purchase, within 15 days, and in their original condition. With the exception of personalized items, which cannot be returned.
In the event that an order for products from the Online Shop is not received by the customer at the address indicated, regardless of the reason, an email will be sent to the customer immediately after the products have been returned to our premises. If the customer does not respond to the communication within 15 days, the products subject to return will be canceled and the corresponding amounts will be refunded. Please note that under no circumstances will the shipping costs be refunded.
The order must be properly wrapped and include the reason for the return, as well as all the corresponding labels, guarantees and accessories.
Once we have received the return, we will send the user an email to inform them of the current process.
In the event of a refund, this will be made by bank transfer, requiring you to provide your NIB (Bank Identification Number) for this purpose.
Please note that we will not accept any package that does not show the sender’s identification or that is sent collect.
